Farahnaz Yekta

Yekta is a renowned calligraphy instructor specializing in Tahriri, Qalam Ney, and Calligraphy Painting. She is the author of three calligraphy instructional books designed for children, adults, and those interested in learning the intricate art of Shekasteh script.

As the internal director of the Baran Rang Institute and Atelier, Yekta actively teaches calligraphy in schools, cultural centers, and her own institute. She has participated in numerous group and solo exhibitions both domestically and internationally. Under the leadership of esteemed masters such as Mater Amir Khani and Gholami in Nasta’liq script. Kaboli and Heidari in Shekasteh script, and Sadeqzadeh and Afjaie in calligraphy painting, Yekta has honed her skills and achieved remarkable mastery in this art form.
