If you purchase online, you have 14 days from receipt of your item to cancel your order for a full refund, except for:

  • Custom-made artwork or commissions.
  • Digital downloads (e.g., NFTs, digital art).

3. Returns & Refunds Eligibility

We accept returns in the following cases:

  • The artwork arrives damaged or defective.
  • The artwork does not match the description.
  • The wrong item was sent due to our error.

You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving a damaged or incorrect item.

  2. Wait for confirmation before sending the item back.
  3. Ship the item in its original packaging within 14 days of approval.

  • We will either offer a replacement, repair, or full refund at our discretion.

8. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to an error on our part, we will cover return shipping costs.
  • If returning for any other reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

9. Cancellations Before Shipping

  • You may cancel an order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
  • Once shipped, the cancellation falls under our standard returns policy.
